Better Golf Starts in Your Mind

No matter what we might say, we all want to cut some strokes off our golf score. Whether our average score is 101, 91 or 81, there are always the strokes we leave out on the course. There are a multitude of ways we lose strokes.
  • The missed two foot putt.
  • We decide to go for a water-protected green.
  • The wind was stronger than we though.
  • We didn't start our pre-shot routine over when distracted.
Some of those missed strokes we mentally kick ourselves for. Others we invent various excuses. In almost all cases, however, we know in our hearts that the problem was almost always a bad decision we made or a good decision we failed to make.

Golf instructors often say that golf is eighty percent mental and twenty percent physical. They say that, but then spend ninety-five percent of their time addressing the physical components of the game. The physical part IS important, but more importantly is the mind training that enables us to remember and use those physical instructions correctly.

Learn how to lower your golf score by really using your mind today.

It's time to take this mind thing seriously. Our mind REALLY DOES control all our decisions. An it isn't just shallow talk that you can train your mind to make the smart decisions that erase extra and unneeded strokes from your golf score.
